SECTION 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Foreword

These terms and conditions (hereinafter: "Agreement"), which are an integral part of the Agreement, establish with its registered office the rights, obligations and other necessary conditions applicable to 112 Capitol Trail Suite A NEWARK DE 19711 Buolife llc (hereinafter the "Company"). In the USA, the owner of the website www.Buocoin.com(: “hereinafter Buocoin Site”) and the individual concerned (hereinafter “Customer”) have thus concluded pursuant to the Agreement. The Company and the Customer may be referred to individually as the "Party" and jointly as the "Parties". Parties agree to these terms in connection with the use of services provided by the Company. Regarding the above, the Parties mutually agree on the following:

2. Definitions

2.1. For the purposes of the Agreement, the terms listed below will have the following definitions:

2.1.1. " CUSTOMER " means the person who has completed the registration process in accordance with these terms and conditions and signed the Agreement with the Company to use the services. The customer must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old or of legal maturity (unless he has attained 18 (eighteen) years of age) in his jurisdiction.

2.1.2. "SERVICES" means computing power services at a daily rate agreed between the Parties and specified in the Agreement.

2.1.3. “BUOLIFE LLC” means Buocoin, Usdc, Ethereum or other digital assets accepted by the Company and used to complete transactions, control the creation of additional digital asset units and verify transfers by cryptographic methods.

2.1.4. "ID" is a combination of characters selected by the Customer and approved by the Company for the purpose of identifying and using the Customer's services.

2.1.5. "PASSWORD" means a combination of characters or symbols chosen by the Customer to protect or confirm the identity assigned to it.

2.1.6. "PERSONAL DATA" means any identifying information about a living person or information provided for the use of the services that can be used in conjunction with other information to easily identify that person.

2.2. Definitions of terms used in the Agreement will comply with applicable laws, privacy policies and other policies set separately from the Company, and terms commonly used in the Company industry, unless specified otherwise in paragraph 2.1 above.

3. Company Information

3.1. The general information of the company is as follows. Name: Buolife llc , Type: a US company, Address: 112 Capitol Trail Suite A NEWARK DE 19711

3.2. The Company will post the Agreement to others on the Company's service homepage or similar method so that the Customer can easily access and understand the contents.

3.3. The Company may make changes to the Agreement from time to time so that the changes do not violate the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the Company's head office is located.

3.4. After amending the Agreement, the Company shall notify the Client of the effective date and therefore the reason for the changes, seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. If there is a change to the detriment of the Customer, the Customer will be notified 30 days before the change takes effect.

3.5. The Company will not apply the amended terms to Customers who do not accept it. In such cases, the Company and the Customer may terminate the Agreement.

4. Use and Addition of Rules

4.1. The Company may determine the terms of use for each service separately, with the Customer's approval.

4.2. Matters not specified in the contract will be subject to the applicable laws and business practices of the jurisdiction in which the Company is headquartered.

5. Notifications

5.1. The Company will contact the Customer for notification via e-mail.

5.2. In the event that a notice is delivered to an unspecified number of customers, the Company may alternatively post such notice on the service notice board for at least 7 days or on the Buocoin website.

SECTION 2. Use of the Services

6. Conclusion of the Contract .

6.1. The contract will be signed by a person intending to become a Customer. When that individual applies to purchase the Services at a payment rate specified in the payment Schedule (as defined below) and the Company agrees to such practice, the person becomes a Customer and a Customer account is created and assigned accordingly.

6.2. In principle, the Company will approve the application when the applicant submits the application in accordance with paragraph 6.1. above. However, the Company may reject an application and terminate the contract in any of the following situations:

6.2.1. the applicant applied for registration under a false or false name or the name of another person;

6.2.2. the applicant has provided false or inaccurate information in connection with the application.
